Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of safety best practices and apply them in a busy production environment.
  • Work with the Utilities Team to learn about environmental care and sustainability in a large production environment.
  • Utilise team-based problem solving employing lean / 6 sigma techniques through the Business Excellence platform.
  • Support EHS policies and procedures across the site, conduct risk assessments, and communicate to all site employees on safety alerts and training.
Requirements
  • High academic record in Environmental, Health & Safety or related discipline.
  • Ambition to progress successfully in a career in operations and production.
  • Thinks commercially, delivers customer-centric solutions, and drives collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical mind.
