EH&S Associate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EH&S professional to support the implementation of our environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record in Environmental, Health & Safety or a related discipline, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think commercially and deliver customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the development and delivery of training programs to ensure all site employees are aware of and comply with EH&S policies and procedures.
  • Providing assistance to the EH&S Manager in conducting risk assessments and developing action plans to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Collaborating with the Utilities Team to develop and implement environmental care and sustainability initiatives.
  • Reporting on EH&S metrics and participating in audits and inspections from external organizations.
Requirements
  • A high academic record in Environmental, Health & Safety or a related discipline, with an expected minimum of a 2.2 honors primary degree.
  • A strong ambition to progress successfully in a career in operations and production.
  • The ability to think commercially and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
