Job Description

The Procurement Department is seeking a capable and enthusiastic member for its team to manage procurement processes and facilitate management overview and control across the full spectrum of TII activities.

The role involves fulfilling the procurement process manager position, providing guidance and leadership throughout major procurement processes, drafting and publishing notices, acting as the sole point of contact between the market and TII, managing pre and post tender clarifications, liaising with internal and external personnel, and supporting the MetroLink programme.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate key competencies and possess relevant experience and qualifications, including:

Experience and Qualifications

  • A third level qualification in engineering, business, finance, law, quantity surveying, project management, procurement or related discipline;
  • Minimum five years' post qualification experience in a legal, financial, commercial, engineering, procurement or administrative role;
  • Solid experience in the preparation of tender briefs, technical specifications, conducting tender evaluations, negotiations or contract management;
  • Good experience in report writing and numerical analysis;
  • Proven ability to liaise with and coordinate management and professional colleagues and key stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of EU Directives and National Procurement legislation will be advantageous.
