Pastry Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our team in creating exceptional food experiences for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene.

Job Description

As a Pastry Chef, you will be working on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
  • Overseeing and implementing menu changes.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our food services.
  • Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.
  • Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts.
  • Representing us and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked.
  • Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
  • A City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification.
  • Experience supervising a team.
  • Experience in a similar Chef role.
  • A Food Hygiene certificate.
  • A flexible approach to working.
