Job Description

We are seeking a talented Junior Environmental Health And Safety Advisor to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to play a key role in promoting a positive health and safety culture within our organization.

  • Implement and monitor our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management System on projects.
  • Promote a positive health and safety culture on-site with site management, contractors, and workers.
  • Monitor EHS compliance on-site and generate weekly inspections and reports.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with the wider project team.
  • Influence and coach site teams in the implementation of best practice EHS standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized EHS degree or diploma, preferably a NEBOSH diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Previous construction experience is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize work requirements and handle multiple tasks.
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages and database experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others.
