Project Manager - Senior Fund Administration Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our team in the Fund Administration division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timely and within-budget execution, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, milestones, and resources to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to progress projects, identify resource requirements, and take ownership of task completion;
  • Support operational teams in strategic business decision-making and assist in assessing current processes for potential improvements;
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to proactively move agendas forward and implement changes as necessary;
  • Develop and implement departmental procedures and minute governance meetings in line with internal guidelines;
  • Evaluate and maintain HR policies to ensure compliance and apply them appropriately;
  • Ensure Health, Safety, and Well-being for all employees under your responsibility.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years' experience in Fund Administration, preferably with a background in managing AML-related projects or initiatives. A professional qualification in project management or business analysis is advantageous. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
