Key Role: Site Supervisor

A challenging position as a Site Supervisor is available with our company in Dublin and surrounding areas.

  • Co-ordinate and manage site activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain high standards of quality in work execution.
  • Direct staff on-site, managing subcontractors to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, architects, and project managers.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and schedules closely.
  • Solve site-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.
  • Strong trade background (carpentry, bricklaying, or similar).
  • Ability to lead by example and demonstrate expertise on-site.
  • Good understanding of construction methods and health & safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Holding a valid driving license is required.
