Chief Experience Officer for Trading Platforms

Contract role available on a part-time basis, approximately 20 hours per week. This position can be based entirely remotely, provided the candidate is located in Ireland.
Occasional travel to Dublin office may be required but is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, with a focus on financial services and electronic trading platforms.
- Design all user experience components using Axure RP;
- Enhance existing UX and create new front-end components;
- Collaborate with the CEO to ensure UX components meet all requirements for functionality and aesthetics;
- Partner with front-end developers to ensure implementations align with designed UX.
- At least 5 years of designing UX in the financial services industry;
- 3+ years of experience designing UX using Axure.
- 2+ years of designing UX for electronic trading of securities or other financial assets.
- Clear, concise, and accurate written communication skills;
- Strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit; thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor of Arts, Science, or Fine Arts in User Experience Design, Bachelor's in Human-Computer Interaction, Bachelor's in Interactive Design, or equivalent;
- Masters degree a plus.
