Overview:

The successful candidate will lead the development of comprehensive IT service frameworks, including defining service models, support structures, service-level agreements (SLAs), and transition strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading IT service design and architecture, including service models, SLAs, support frameworks, and service transitions.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, NIST, and industry-standard practices for service design and management.
• Extensive experience working across cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Cybersecurity, Service Management, and Project Delivery.
• Expertise in developing new service models from the ground up and improving existing services to drive efficiencies and compliance.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
