Cyber Security Transformation Expert

The Identity and Access Management Senior Consultant/Manager role is a high-profile transformation project in Cyber Security, Cyber Defence and Identity and Access Management. The successful candidate will work on complex processes and technologies from the perspective of user management, delivering actionable outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee engagement teams across countries in IAM design, remediation, and transformation projects.
- Analyse and present insights on complex processes and technologies from a user management perspective to senior stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members, supporting clients in areas like Cyber, IAM, PAM, and CIAM.
- Apply expertise in enterprise IAM, including process analysis and improvement initiatives, such as Joiners, Movers, Leavers (JML), recertification, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) analysis, Segregation of Duties (SoD), Target Operating Model (TOM) design, and IAM governance.
