About the Role

Robert Walters Ireland is seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to manage procurement processes, lead tender competitions, and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Manage procurement activities using eTenders.
  • Conduct supply market research and supplier collaboration.
  • Lead the tender process from preparation to contract conclusion.
  • Provide procurement guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Work with advisors on documentation and contracts.
  • Chair evaluation meetings and provide feedback to suppliers.
  • Support sustainable procurement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement regulations and internal policies.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed as Procurement Manager, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of public sector procurement regulations.
  • Experience in public sector procurement and eTenders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
