Quality Supply Planner Role

This role is open to qualified candidates who possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in supply chain management. As a Quality Supply Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely release of products to customers by coordinating with production and supply chain teams.


Responsibilities:
  • Attend daily site Value Stream Boards and weekly planning meetings
  • Coordinate inspection lot end dates and lead times on SAP with various business units
  • Work closely with Production and Supply Chain functions to respond quickly to changes or requests
  • Liaise with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain departments to adjust inspection lot ends dates accurately when lots are received on site or issues arise during production
  • Monitor issues and delays against lots throughout the supply chain, perform impact assessments, and adjust plans accordingly
  • Communicate planning changes and impacts between Supply Chain and Operations functions
  • Track progress of lots, manage KPI reporting, and analyze data
  • Refine the current business process for managing inspection lot end dates on SAP

Requirements:
  • Supply Chain experience and familiarity with scheduling
  • Organization skills and Project Management expertise
  • SAP experience desirable
  • Manufacturing Execution Process knowledge
  • Quality and GMP knowledge beneficial
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven meeting facilitation skills in a cross-functional environment
  • Result-driven and target-oriented, with a 'Can Do' attitude
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and quality principles
  • Project Management Skills and Lean Six Sigma methodology a plus
  • Professionalism and maturity required to interact with senior management

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or Engineering discipline, 4 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry and GMP environment.
