Automation Specialist Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to take full ownership of delivering bespoke automation and machine build projects.

This is a high-impact role for a driven, commercially aware project management professional who can elevate the structure, delivery, and client engagement processes across the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Taking full project ownership from kick-off through delivery, including budgeting, planning, resourcing, and execution.
• Liaising directly with customers and internal technical teams to manage scope, timelines, and quality.
• Driving project delivery schedules, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement project frameworks and reporting tools.
• Acting as a key customer contact and brand ambassador throughout the delivery phase.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to manage complex technical discussions.
