Programme Management Specialist

This role involves managing the design, delivery and wind-down of educational programmes and modules throughout their life cycle. Responsibilities include programme information management, admissions support and customer experience enhancement.

  • Manage all aspects of specific education programmes and modules.
  • Plan and coordinate programme delivery, including eLearning, workshops and assessment material provision.
  • Ensure quality assurance, adhere to relevant processes and develop processes where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a primary degree in business/financial services or education, or 5 years' experience in a financial services or education environment. QFA holders are desirable.

This is a hybrid role, working 23 days per week in Dublin. Some travel may be required to meet stakeholders in offsite venues around Ireland and internationally. Flexibility with regards to working hours and weekends is necessary due to busy periods and tight deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Primary degree in business/financial services or education or 5 years' experience in a financial services or education environment.
  • QFA holder desirable.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly written.
  • A willingness to take responsibility within the role.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Working Conditions:
