Product Quality Assurance Role

Primarily responsible for ensuring all products meet our quality standards and exceed customer expectations.

  • Develops and implements product testing processes to evaluate quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Liaises with cross-functional teams, including product operations, suppliers, and stakeholders to establish and maintain best practices in product development and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivers quality products that are safe, legal, and fit for purpose by applying technical expertise and adhering to quality standards.
  • Evaluates product testing results and identifies areas for improvement to ensure consistency and excellence in product quality.
  • Ensures all products meet relevant quality requirements by collaborating with retail teams and interpreting customer feedback on quality issues.
  • Maintains accurate records of product quality data, returns reports, and supplier performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
