Job Opportunity

This is a pivotal role within the Quality Assurance department, overseeing the operational integrity of our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality System Management: Ensure all staff are adequately trained in their respective job functions, including adherence to GMP standards.
  • Procedure Development: Create and revise Standard Operating Procedures as required, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  • Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the facility and maintain accurate recordkeeping, summarizing findings and reporting accordingly.
  • Corrective Action Coordination: Assist with implementing corrective actions and preventative measures to mitigate potential issues.
  • Client Communication: Facilitate communication with clients during external audits, providing information and support as needed.
  • Audit Liaison: Collaborate with Health Canada officials during regulatory audits, ensuring smooth processes and minimal disruptions.
  • QA Support: Offer feedback and assistance to customers and clients regarding QA-related questions and concerns.
  • Process Monitoring: Continuously monitor processes and systems within the department to ensure regulatory compliance and effective operation.
  • Discrepancy Investigation: Investigate discrepancies and problems, advising relevant individuals of findings and contributing to proactive strategies.
  • Document Control: Complete NCR reports and change control requests, ensuring necessary follow-up and documentation.
  • Quality System Maintenance: Perform maintenance, support, and continuous improvements of Quality Systems, driving excellence and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality assurance, engineering).
  • Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
