About the Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee capital projects within a GMP setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute projects throughout the project life cycle, including front-end studies, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification phases.
  • Develop business cases, budgets, and schedules to support funding applications and ensure effective cost control.
  • Lead cross-functional client project teams, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and performance during capital project execution, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
  • Execute project validation activities.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in a science or engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of project management/engineering experience across the project life cycle within a Pharmaceutical environment.
  • Experience working in client-side Capital Projects execution roles and full end-to-end Project Life-cycle management.
  • Familiarity with Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements of the Pharmaceutical industry and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
