Project engineers in industrial settings play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless project delivery. As a project engineer, you will be responsible for providing expertise in the scoping, design, and installation of process plant and packaging equipment projects across Dublin sites.

You will provide engineering support for new and existing installations, prepare URS and scoping information for projects, and coordinate cross-functional SME's and engineering design consultants on project design, design risk, and HAZOP assessments.

Your primary goal will be to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards. This involves preparing budgets and capital requests for assigned projects, as well as tracking project schedules and directing contractors during construction stages.

Requirements
  • A degree qualification in Mechanical, Process or Electrical engineering is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in project management is essential.

The successful candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and remain calm under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also necessary for effective team management.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Teams, and standard MS office suite of programs.
