The Role:
  • Deliver high-quality support services across all group locations, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional customer experience.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate foreign exchange exposure risks, safeguarding the company's financial stability.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, providing actionable insights for informed business decisions.
  • Ensure effective credit management practices, including adequate credit insurance and efficient debt collection processes.
  • Guarantee timely payment to employees and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and trust.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Irish and UK business tax regulations, including relevant contracts tax, to ensure compliance and optimize financial performance.
  • Lead a team of professionals delivering shared services support across group sites, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Oversee the smooth transition of new sites into the shared services framework, driving consistency and efficiency.
  • Implement daily oversight and month-end accounting processes to maintain accuracy and completeness of all transactions.
  • Develop and implement cross-training initiatives to enhance consistent, high-quality service delivery across the team.
  • Conduct regular reviews and enhancements of internal processes to drive ongoing operational improvements.
