Part-Time Credit Administrator

**Job Title:** Pt Time Credit Controller
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the company's offices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their accounts team to ensure timely payments.
- Manage and maintain Sage Accounting application on a daily basis.
**Key Tasks:
- Process and reconcile invoices.
- Check and post receipts.
- Manage invoices promptly and accurately.
- Prepare and issue monthly client statements and update records.
- Perform monthly cash reconciliations.
- Prepare and reconcile VAT returns.
- Take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts from company debtors.
- Evaluate new credit requests and review customers' credit rankings with banks as necessary.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence decision making.
- Adaptable and flexible manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Necessary technology skills required to carry out the role.
- A competitive salary is on offer.
- Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 8.30am - 13.00pm.
