**Job Title:** Pt Time Credit Controller

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the company's offices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their accounts team to ensure timely payments.
  • Manage and maintain Sage Accounting application on a daily basis.

**Key Tasks:

  • Process and reconcile invoices.
  • Check and post receipts.
  • Manage invoices promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare and issue monthly client statements and update records.
  • Perform monthly cash reconciliations.
  • Prepare and reconcile VAT returns.
  • Take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts from company debtors.
  • Evaluate new credit requests and review customers' credit rankings with banks as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence decision making.
  • Adaptable and flexible manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Necessary technology skills required to carry out the role.
