Valuation Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Valuation Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about property management and client care.


Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with residential valuation reports, bank valuations, and preparing well-written valuation reports with relevant rationale. They will also conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and market trends.

Additionally, the candidate will take pictures of properties, measure their exterior and interior, compare selling values to other buildings in the area, draft reports, communicate with agents, and update databases.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PSRA license
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales & Valuations
  • Full clean driving license with own car
  • Good interpersonal skills and great organisational abilities
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and generate new clients/business
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working
