As a Valuation Administrator, you will be responsible for conducting valuations and providing accurate and quality reports.
You will also be required to conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and market trends.
Your duties will include taking pictures of properties, measuring their exterior and interior, and comparing their selling value to other buildings in the area.
You will draft reports using the notes and photos taken at the property and communicate with other agents throughout the area.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct valuations and prepare accurate and quality reports
- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values and market trends
- Taking pictures of properties and measuring their exterior and interior
- Comparing selling value to other buildings in the area
- Drafting reports using notes and photos taken at the property
- Communicating with other agents throughout the area
- PSRA license
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales & Valuations
- Full clean driving license with own car

- Ability to work on own initiative and generate new clients/business
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working
This is a full-time position working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.15am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.15am – 5pm
