About Us

We are seeking an experienced Spa Attendant to join our team at Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to guests, exceeding their expectations in every way.
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, acknowledging and addressing their queries and needs promptly.
  • Suggest and promote retail products or additional services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and report any issues that may arise, applying best practices and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements:

We require a proven track record as a spa assistant, excellent communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and intermediate-level computer skills.
