IT Infrastructure Solutions Architect

This is a high-level position responsible for maintaining the data centre infrastructure and collaborating with managed service providers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft IT Infrastructure, along with experience working with managed service providers managing data centres and IT infrastructure.
- Work closely with the managed services provider to set up, configure, and maintain hardware and software components within the data centre.
- Oversee the core components of the Microsoft IT Infrastructure, ensuring security, availability, performance, and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Manage routine maintenance tasks and upgrades performed by managed service providers on central IT infrastructure.
Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to support new initiatives and projects, and contribute to the development of strategies for Tirlan's Central IT Infrastructure.
