Operations Manager

The role of Transport Supervisor is a critical component to the success of our Dublin operations.
This position requires a versatile, driven individual with exceptional leadership and IT skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient dispatch of all routes, monitoring daily driver schedules, and analysing performance metrics.
Key responsibilities include coaching drivers on findings and recommendations, motivating team members, and ensuring equipment downtime is minimised.
A strong understanding of transportation regulations and ability to manage investigations/disciplinary actions are essential.
We seek a motivated leader who can deliver high-quality service to internal/external customers.
- Manage a high-volume, technology-driven distribution operation
- Analyse and interpret business data to inform decisions
- Motivate and manage a team to meet customer expectations
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years' relevant management/supervisory experience in a similar environment.
