Project Manager for Research and Development

We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the end-to-end management of research and development programs ensuring timely, within scope, and high quality deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead research and development projects in alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Act as primary interface with customers communicating project status and technical updates.
  • Coordinate with functional leads and managers to plan track and mitigate risks across the product lifecycle.
  • Compile cost estimates for RFI/RFQs presenting project updates to stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional teams ensuring smooth transition to production SOP.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project management of multidisciplinary teams in regulated environments such as automotive or medical devices.
  • Experience in dealing with customers ability to interpret customer requests with clear communication.
  • Fluent in English with confident communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in planning of projects using MS Project or similar tools.
