Job Overview

CroíValve is a dynamic medical device company focused on developing innovative solutions for the treatment of tricuspid regurgitation. As an early-stage company, we have seen rapid growth over the past year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the finance team with day-to-day activities including processing invoices, managing accounts payable, bank reconciliations, accruals and prepayments.
  • Process invoices by reviewing and verifying them prior to posting them on our accounting system, ensuring all invoices are coded correctly.
  • Communicate with vendors and management on any issues or queries with invoices.
  • Prepare supplier payment runs (two per month – mid month and end of month).
  • Conduct bank reconciliations.
  • Accrue and prepaid amounts at month end.
  • Record Capital Expenditure and maintain fixed asset register.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role (finance officer, accounts payable, accounts assistant).
  • Proficiency in using Quick Books is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a start-up environment with a hands-on, problem-solving mentality.
