Laboratory Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cutting-edge fill-finish facility and contribute to multiple capital projects taking place on-site in Ireland.

Job Description:
  • Material movement across the network
  • System transactions, including movement and shipping of samples across QC labs within the network
  • Inspection of primary packaging
  • Presentation of accurate operational procedures, training materials, and maintenance procedures for various Quality systems
  • Review and approval of test results
  • Peer review of other analysts' documentation
  • Participation in daily QC meetings
  • Maintenance of Quality Systems within the department
  • Completion of documentation in compliance with GMP and GxP standards
  • Root cause analysis of system failures
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceuticals industry or a similar operating environment
  • Previous analytical experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive improvement initiatives
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with teams
