Culinary Leadership Role

We are seeking a visionary and skilled Culinary Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations, ensuring exceptional quality, and driving customer satisfaction.

Job Description:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer preferences and expectations. Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Monitor and manage stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost-effective practices.
  • Customer Relations: Interact with customers to understand their specific needs and preferences. Maintain open communication channels to address concerns and requirements.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and food safety protocols.
