We are looking for an exceptional Nurse Manager to join our team at Cpl Healthcare. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality services, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement.
As a key member of our senior nursing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and experiences. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our services meet the needs of our patients and stakeholders.
Requirements include previous management experience, a health care management qualification, and at least 5 years' experience in an acute hospital setting.
