Job Role Summary

This role requires a highly skilled and compassionate individual to deliver exceptional patient services, ensuring seamless interactions between patients, clinicians, and third parties.

  • Handle complex queries via email or phone in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide efficient support with customer bookings, payments, rescheduling, and cancellations for GP and Allied Health consultations.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, greet patients and visitors, and provide assistance with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and registration.
  • Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information during registration and update electronic medical records accurately.

Work effectively in a fast-paced environment as an independent contributor and team player. Contribute ideas for enhancing patient services and workflow efficiency through quality improvement initiatives. Ensure strict compliance with the ISO9001 Quality Management System standards.

Key Responsibilities
