Senior Audit Director

Fiserv, a global leader in Fintech and payments, is seeking an innovative Senior Audit Director to join our Internal Audit Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the annual audit plan and risk assessment process under guidance of senior leadership team.
  • Contribute to strategic consultation process to identify risk, achieve management objectives, and determine effective risk mitigation practices.
  • Provide senior level support for audit planning process, oversee execution and final work products for assigned audits, including reviewing materials, test results, and ensuring accurate audit conclusions.
  • Be accountable for audit lifecycle, staffing, scheduling, approach to testing, and quality of all work products.
  • Act as escalation point for complex issues, identify risks and dependencies, and implement remediation measures.
  • Provide periodic status reporting to senior executives for executive and board reporting.
  • Ensure conformance with internal audit methodology and IIA standards for assigned audits.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor audit staff.
  • Develop business relationships and provide coaching for professional growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, have experience in auditing and financial regulations, and be able to effectively manage multiple projects and teams.
