Job Title: Senior Manager Water Metering Engineering

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced engineering professional to lead our water metering team. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of new products and technologies in the field of water metering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of new water metering products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
  • 8+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, particularly in R&D; with water metering or related industry experience; experience managing remote teams with direct reports located in the UK is preferred.
  • Strong technical expertise in engineering disciplines relevant to water metering and R&D, including design and manufacture of PCBs, mechanical enclosures, RF radios (CAT-M / NB-IoT and LoRa, and other sub-GHz communications), and ultrasonic technologies where possible in high-volume products.
  • Proven track record of successful project execution in a technology-driven environment (planning, design, development, testing, validation, certification, and support for high-volume production).
