Architectural Technician Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join our team and contribute to the success of our architectural practice.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong passion for architecture, who is a team player with excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and detail projects of varying scales, from small residential to large mixed-use commercial developments.
  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and required materials.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports.
Requirements:
  • Education to degree level in Architectural Technology or related field.
  • High level of proficiency in Revit and other relevant software.
  • Ideal 2 years experience across various project types.
  • Good understanding and experience working with current Irish building regulations.
  • Previous project experience across residential and commercial developments is desirable.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • EU passport holder.
