This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed profitably, on time and to a satisfactory standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee project delivery to achieve optimal results.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources required for project duration.
  • Manage live projects, pre-construction stages and post-construction issues effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess significant contract management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Develop and implement risk registers with mitigation measures identified and implemented during project stages.
  • Able to coordinate tendering processes including programme development, methodologies, quality submissions and post-tender interviews.
