Contract Management Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess experience in contract management, with a comprehensive understanding of project coordination, delivery, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the tendering process, including programme development and quality submissions.
  • Ensure safety inspections are implemented and manage health, safety, and welfare responsibilities.
  • Oversee pre-construction management, including licence applications and contract documentation.
  • Develop risk registers and mitigation measures.
  • Collaborate with site management to develop construction programmes and methodologies.
  • Liaise with sub-contractors and manage progress meetings.
  • Issue contractual notifications and record subcontractor meetings.
  • Maintain full knowledge of employers' requirements and contractors' proposals.
  • Monitor quality assurance and snagging systems.
  • Respond to post-completion issues and defects.
