Electrical Project Lead Position:

This role involves overseeing on-site electrical teams to achieve project goals and deadlines. As a key team member, you will report directly to the project manager and oversee resources, crews, and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction sites, ensuring workers adhere to plans and safety targets, coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, delivering projects within tight schedules and budget constraints.

Key qualifications include a strong background in electrical services, experience working on large-scale industrial projects, excellent organisational and communication skills, 5+ years' site management experience, and attention to detail.
