Job Overview

We are seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist to provide exceptional service and support to our customers.

  • Troubleshoot end-user issues over the phone
  • Utilize support tools to manage and track calls
  • Manage email, voicemail, chat, and self-service calls
  • Manage incidents to resolution
  • Meet call targets and quality standards
  • Effectively manage customers
  • Refer and escalate issues using initiative and discretion
  • Consistently plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of operating systems and application software, including Microsoft 365, Windows 11, MS Office, and more.
