We are seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist to provide exceptional service and support to our customers.
- Troubleshoot end-user issues over the phone
- Utilize support tools to manage and track calls
- Manage email, voicemail, chat, and self-service calls
- Manage incidents to resolution
- Meet call targets and quality standards
- Effectively manage customers
- Refer and escalate issues using initiative and discretion
- Consistently plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of operating systems and application software, including Microsoft 365, Windows 11, MS Office, and more.
