Tendering Engineer Role

This role involves close coordination with various departments to gather necessary information, analyze project requirements, and develop cost-effective solutions that meet client specifications and standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, managing, and submitting competitive bids for engineering projects. They will review and understand the technical and commercial requirements of the tender documents, prepare and compile all necessary documents, drawings, calculations, and cost estimates required for the tender submission.

  • Identify potential risks and provide cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with various departments (engineering, procurement, project management) to gather accurate and up-to-date information.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant field).
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project; experience with tendering software is beneficial.
