We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in ensuring accurate and timely payment processing, maintaining precise records, and contributing to a team that values dependability.

  • Process and code supplier invoices with accuracy and speed.
  • Support weekly reconciliations and maintain up-to-date records.

You will work closely with the finance team to achieve operational efficiency, reliability, and attention to detail. Your expertise in accounting systems, Excel, and standard office software will be essential in this role.

As a key member of our team, you will enjoy flexibility in your schedule and be able to commit to a part-time arrangement, making this opportunity suitable for those balancing other commitments or preferring a reduced workload.

Requirements:

Experience working in accounts payable or general finance support roles, with a strong focus on detail and ability to work with accounting systems.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

Knowledge of financial processes and procedures, including accounts payable, cash management, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in using accounting software, such as ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
