Store Manager Role

My client, a renowned luxury retailer, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their South Dublin branch. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interiors or homewares, along with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for styling and detail.

In this role, you will manage a small, dedicated team, take ownership of the store's visual presentation, and provide exceptional customer service to a discerning clientele.

The Store Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to deliver 5-star customer service, driving and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a dedicated sales team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Drive and monitor KPIs to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with the owner to implement store strategies and optimise operations
  • Oversee visual merchandising to maintain a high standard of store presentation
  • Manage stock levels and inventory control to maximise product availability

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing a luxury store, ideally within interiors, homeware, or premium brands
  • Strong visual merchandising skills with the ability to showcase expertise
  • Exceptional communication and people management abilities
