Safety and Compliance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Compliance Professional to lead our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) strategy across our manufacturing site in Cork.

This autonomous role ensures full compliance with local EHS legislation while shaping a positive safety culture throughout the plant. You will be responsible for leading initiatives, developing and delivering training, and working closely with senior leaders and operational teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain ISO standards.

  • Develop and implement site-wide EHS strategy and risk management processes.
  • Promote impactful training and champion best practice across the organisation.
  • Drive audit processes, legal compliance, and incident investigations.
  • Be the EHS voice across every level of the business.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years' experience in the chemical or food manufacturing industry.
  • A strong knowledge of ISO14001 & ISO45001.
  • A confident communicator with real drive and a proactive mindset.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with strong influencing skills.
