As a key player in our Identity Access Management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day security operations of SAP systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling service tickets for access issues
  • Troubleshooting password resets and authorization problems
  • Maintaining roles and profiles, ensuring proper segregation of duties
  • Collaborating with business units to define access roles and permissions

You will work closely with our team to ensure compliance with security parameters and system settings, develop and maintain access control documentation, and participate in root cause analysis and remediation of incidents.

A successful candidate will have a strong background in IT security, help desk support, or enterprise application administration, with experience in SAP security administration.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOX, SOC, GDPR, and understanding of IAM principles.

In addition, they will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams.
