Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for enterprise migration projects, focusing on mail, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues by reproducing them in lab environments and communicating effective solutions to customers.
  • Maintain a personal queue of ongoing customer issues until resolution and collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Product Management to resolve escalated matters.
  • Document all customer case details on our case tracking system.
  • Develop and publish documentation in a customer-focused Knowledge Centred Support environment.
  • Engage in self-improvement through training and share knowledge with other engineers.
  • Initiate, participate in, or lead local and global projects.
