
Enterprise Technical Solutions Expert

This position involves providing top-notch technical support to customers on our product suite.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver expert technical assistance to customers, focusing on migration challenges in enterprise environments.
- Analyze customer issues by replicating problems in a controlled setting and effectively communicating resolutions.
- Maintain an ongoing list of customer cases until resolution and collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues.
- Document all case details on our tracking system.
- Develop and publish documentation in a customer-centric knowledge management platform.
- Previous experience in technical support roles with a focus on enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with migrations including accounts/mailbox/SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive/Power BI.
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management or strong knowledge of Office 365 applications.
- Awareness of debugging tools and techniques (EWSEditor, SP Browser, MFCMAPI).
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP).
- A grasp of MAPI and EWS principles.
- Experience managing Microsoft SQL server.
- Fluency in multiple European languages is advantageous.
