Technical Support Specialist Role

This position involves providing top-notch technical support to customers on our product suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert technical assistance to customers, focusing on migration challenges in enterprise environments.
  • Analyze customer issues by replicating problems in a controlled setting and effectively communicating resolutions.
  • Maintain an ongoing list of customer cases until resolution and collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues.
  • Document all case details on our tracking system.
  • Develop and publish documentation in a customer-centric knowledge management platform.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in technical support roles with a focus on enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with migrations including accounts/mailbox/SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive/Power BI.
  • Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management or strong knowledge of Office 365 applications.
  • Awareness of debugging tools and techniques (EWSEditor, SP Browser, MFCMAPI).
Preferred Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP).
  • A grasp of MAPI and EWS principles.
  • Experience managing Microsoft SQL server.
  • Fluency in multiple European languages is advantageous.
