Technical Customer Success Manager

About the Role
  • You will serve as a key technical liaison, fostering close collaboration with major customers to drive operational success and satisfaction.
  • Your technical expertise and customer-centric approach will guide customers in maximizing the value of our solutions through their journey.
  • We seek an experienced advisor to establish trust with our clients, understanding their business objectives and tailoring adoption plans to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, positioning Skyhigh Security as a valued technology partner within each account.
  • In partnership with customers, identify business goals and use cases to develop customized adoption strategies for optimal results.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and adoption of deployed solutions through deep product knowledge, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Fluent written and verbal proficiency in both English languages.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role in large enterprise environments.
  • A solid understanding of network security fundamentals, including firewalls, proxy servers, VPNs, SIEMs, and OSI Model principles.
