Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

The role of Financial Operations Specialist is crucial to our business success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will generate debit notes accurately using our car rental management system, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Reconciliation of billing processes is vital to ensure accuracy and completeness of customer invoices. You will perform this task to guarantee that all invoices are correct and up-to-date.
  • Matching, scanning, and emailing invoices to customers in a timely and professional manner is essential. This includes uploading invoices and supporting documentation to customer-specific online portals.
  • You will resolve customer queries promptly and effectively, providing excellent communication skills and a high level of customer service.
  • Your tasks will also include managing monthly billing cycles, including preparation of consolidated invoices for key accounts.
  • You will create and post invoices in Sage, ensuring data integrity and alignment with system records.
  • Proactive follow-ups with customers via phone and email are necessary to secure timely payments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data formatting).
  • Experience with accounting systems is highly beneficial.
  • Comfortable handling high volumes of data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of numeracy and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
