Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the timely and accurate calculation of net asset values (NAVs) for our funds.
  • Review and reconcile expenses schedules, income calculations, capital activity calculations, and fund fee calculations.
  • Maintain established controls and ensure their effective implementation during the NAV production cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for new fund launches.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on fund accounting matters related to NAV production.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in fund operations, preferably in alternative funds.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with analysis of trial balances, general ledger entries, and basic management and performance fee calculations is essential.
