Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized Financial Operations Specialist to manage our daily financial tasks on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of petty cash, supplier invoice processing, staff payroll, and expense payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily Petty Cash Management: Ensure accurate and efficient petty cash management to minimize financial risks.
- Supplier Invoice Processing: Process and manage supplier invoices in a timely manner to ensure seamless payment transactions.
- Staff Payroll Processing: Manage staff payroll, including processing payments and providing support to staff members.
- Staff Expense Payments: Process and monitor staff expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Intercompany Invoice Creation: Create and manage intercompany invoices to facilitate smooth financial transactions.
- Monthly Management Account Support: Provide support for monthly management account preparation, including accrual calculations.
- Monthly Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliation Support: Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly balance sheets and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Annual Statutory Financial Statement (SFS) Preparation and Audit Support: Prepare and support the annual statutory financial statement and audit process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The role will involve working 3 days a week, with 2 days spent in the office and 1 day working from home. This will provide an excellent opportunity to balance work and personal life while contributing to the success of our organization.
