Job Title: Applications Support Specialist

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our end-users. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our applications are running smoothly and efficiently, and that any issues or problems are resolved quickly and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant area is required.
  • Skillset: Familiarity with IT Service Management principles, experience in managing Zendesk or similar customer support platforms, knowledge of cloud deployment models, and strong awareness of digital security practices and protocols.
  • Certification: Possession of IT Service Management (ITSM) certification, such as ITIL, is an added advantage.
